MEET PANCITO
Pancito was born out of pure love for this iconic Mexican sweet bread. Carla & Pepe, the duo behind the dream, started Pancito with one mission: to bring a little piece of their homeland to the streets of London.
What started as a craving for proper conchas quickly turned into a passion project, and now, a growing community of concha lovers.
We bake our conchas fresh, soft and pillowy every day – each one topped with the classic crunchy shell and just the right amount of nostalgia.
Whether you grew up with pan dulce or you’re just discovering it, Pancito is here to bring a smile (and maybe a little sugar) to your day.
Think of it as a love letter to Mexico, written in dough.

📦 Shipping Information
We currently deliver our fresh goodies only within LONDON and nearby areas via Royal Mail.
While we’d love to ship across the whole UK, our products are baked fresh and travel best over shorter distances — this helps us make sure your conchas arrive soft, fluffy and perfect.
🗓️ When to expect your order
We bake and dispatch orders every Thursday and Friday.
We work on a 4-day pre-order window so everything is baked fresh.
To receive your order that same week, please place it by 23:59 on Sunday.
- Orders placed up to Sunday night → delivered Thursday or Friday of that week.
- Orders placed from Monday onwards → delivered Thursday or Friday of the following week.
Once your order is ready, it’s packed and handed over to the courier either the same day or within 24 hours.
⏳ Estimated delivery time
While we aim to deliver on the date you choose, please treat it as a guideline.
Delays may happen — due to weather, courier issues, or tricky addresses — but we’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
✏️ Need to change something?
If you need to update your delivery address, contact info or order details, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We may not be able to make changes after that time.
📩 Order updates & tracking
You’ll get an email notification once your order is on its way — including a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the journey.
🚚 Missed deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact Royal Mail with your tracking number first.
If they can’t help, send us a message — we’ll do our best to support you.
⚠️ Please note: Pancito London is not responsible for missed deliveries or items left uncollected at courier depots.
🔁 Can I return my order?
Since our products are made fresh to order, we’re unable to accept returns.
If something isn’t quite right, send us a photo and short message to pancitolondon@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
